At Echelon Health and Fitness, we take pride in supporting our community, especially the educators who dedicate themselves to shaping young minds. One such member, Jeannie Long, a dedicated teacher from Cherry Hill East High School, has been an incredible inspiration through her consistent dedication to fitness, well-being, and our THRIVE personal training program.

Jeannie has been a member of Echelon for four years, and from the start, she embraced every opportunity to improve her health and fitness. Her commitment to consistency has been the key to her success, and her four-year journey is a true testament to her dedication.

Thriving with Personal Training

One of Jeannie’s most significant accomplishments comes from her commitment to our THRIVE personal training program. Starting four years ago, she has remained a consistent participant, and the results speak for themselves. Jeannie has experienced substantial changes not only in her physical strength but also in her emotional and mental well-being.

“I’ve seen HUGE changes and improvement,” Jeannie shared. “Thrive coaches are next level. They genuinely care about helping me become the best version of me, and being supportive every step of the way.”


Jeannie credits Coach Mike Marquis for his relentless motivation and support in helping her reach both her fitness and nutritional goals. “Mike goes above and beyond every week. He’s the epitome of what you want in a coach,” she said. Additionally, she’s received invaluable support from Coach Trey, who she says has been instrumental in her ongoing success.

Coach Mike praises Jeannie’s consistency and work ethic: "Jeannie has been one of the most consistent clients we've had in the Thrive program. She continually puts in the work to achieve the goals she sets and constantly makes adjustments to her strategies in both workouts and nutrition to set herself up for success. She inspires many other clients with her dedication in the gym."

Coach Trey adds, "Jeannie Long is the definition of consistency. For the last four years, she has shown up day after day, week after week, and year after year for a consistent four days a week! What stands out to me most is her ability to gain serious confidence through the process of daily strength training. I am so proud of how far she has come!"

Results Beyond the Gym

Thanks to her dedication to the THRIVE program, Jeannie has gained improved strength, better flexibility, increased stamina, and effective stress management. But perhaps more importantly, she has gained confidence in herself through strength training, which has carried over into her daily life.
