We’re fired up to welcome Lauren to the Echelon Health & Fitness team!

With nearly 27 years of experience in the fitness industry, Lauren brings a rare combination of knowledge, passion, and genuine care for people. From the moment she walked into Echelon, she knew this was home—and we knew she was the perfect fit.

A LIFELONG FOUNDATION IN FITNESS

Lauren’s journey started early as a dancer at Nancy Mulford Dance Studio, where movement, discipline, and performance became second nature. That foundation carried into a long and successful career helping others improve their health and fitness.

She later graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Psychology and Sociology, specializing in geriatrics—a reflection of her lifelong mission: helping people live better, healthier lives at every stage.

For Lauren, fitness isn’t about quick wins—it’s about real transformation.

Over the years, she’s worked with countless clients, including many who started with serious medical challenges. Watching them build strength, confidence, and healthier lifestyles is what drives her every day.

She’ll be a go-to resource at the front desk and on the floor—whether it’s answering questions, guiding members, or just being someone you can count on.

FAMILY & LIFE

When she’s not at the gym, Lauren is all about family.

She spends her time with her husband Chuck and her kids, Charlie and Kaden—often cheering at softball games right here in Audubon (Go Aces! ⚾).

Kaden is also graduating from Stockton University this May as Senate President—major proud mom moment.
