✅ How to Cancel Your Membership (Online Enrollments Only)

If you signed up online on or after April 1, 2024, follow these 3 easy steps to submit your 30-day cancellation notice:

  1. Click “Cancel Membership” 

  2. Fill out the cancellation form with your info

  3. Click “Submit” to officially start your 30-day cancellation period

You’ll receive a confirmation email and your membership will remain active for 30 days after your submission.

New Jersey’s updated consumer protection law requires that any company offering online sign-ups must also offer online cancellation, in a manner that is easy to locate, simple to complete, and free from unnecessary obstacles.
