Echelon Health & Fitness is hosting our Friday Night Jam Session on November 16, 2018. This event will be made up of two unique classes, held specially for our members at Echelon.
First up at 6:30 is Pranayama Meditation with Lilly. In this class, you will learn how to mediatie using techniques to control your breath. Benefits of mediation include stress relief and lower heart rate. This will be a beneficial and relaxing class.
At 7:30 we will be taking it up a notch with Riptide, a combination of yoga and strength training. This class will be taught by Kayla and Spring and will teach you how to increase both strength and flexibility.
Registration for this class is open and both members and guests can register at the front desk. Members can also sign up through the Echelon Health & Fitness app. This event is recommended for both 16 and up.
Members - $10 per class
Guests - $15 per class
