Matt Williams, the owner of Chick-fil-A Voorhees, has taken the wellness program at Echelon Health & Fitness to a new level! After getting back into peak shape with help from Thrive, he soon began working out with his leadership team at Chick-fil-A. The result has been increased energy, mental clarity, and a sustained 5% sales increase for his business.

Tell us a little about your company.


Chick-fil-A Voorhees is a quick service restaurant that services the SJ community for the past 4.5 years.


What is the best thing about owning a Chick-fil-A franchise?


Being able to partner with a Brand that shares the same core values that I do. Our mission is to have a positive impact with all we come into contact with at Chick-fil-A.


What improvements have you seen in your business since joining the MemberPERX program?


A sustained 5% sales increase since joining the MemberPERX program.


What have you gained from working out at Echelon/Thrive?


Mental clarity, increased productivity and have gotten my Army physique back after 20 yrs of getting out.



What inspired you to begin working out with your team?


After seeing the positive impact that the Thrive program has had on my life, I wanted the same for my leadership team.


How has this program impacted you both personally and professionally?


It has had major impact both in my personal and professional life. Increased productivity, energy levels, not depending on energy drinks, sustained mental clarity and so much more.
