Where can I find the discounts?

Discounts can be found at our website memberandemployeeperx.com. Once you sign in, navigate to the category you would like to explore. Next, click on the business of your choice to see their MemberPERX offer.

How do I redeem a deal?

Once you find the discount you would like to use, visit the business and show the offer to a staff member. Some offers include specific instructions like using a promo code, or asking for a particular staff member.

Does it cost money to participate?

No – MemberPERX is included for members of Echelon Health & Fitness.

How do I sign up?

To sign up visit memberandemployeeperx.com and click on a category. When prompted, enter your contact information along with your membership number. Once you have signed up, you will be able to see all of the MemberPERX discounts. You will only be able to see the offers when you are signed in.

I own/manage a business. Can I list an offer with MemberPERX?
