A weekly training plan looked manageable on paper, but balancing strength sessions with recovery days took more discipline than I anticipated. Group classes add motivation, yet consistency depends on how well scheduling fits real life. Out of curiosity, I went through planet fitness reviews to see how others evaluate access, equipment availability, and membership flexibility. The common theme seemed to be convenience over intensity. That matches my experience: when gym logistics are simple and predictable, sticking to a routine becomes easier than constantly negotiating time and energy.
