Thrive Tip of the Week: Goblet Squat

Take your standard squat to the next level with Goblet Squats.

The Goblet Squat is a simple movement that works on your entire body. While focusing on your lower body (quads and glutes) the movement also incorporates your arms and core. This is a great way to learn proper squat technique as a beginner.

When trying this move, remember to:

1. Keep your elbows and the dumbell against your sternum

2. Bring your hips back while keeping your chest up

3. Keep your back contracted

Overall, this can be a great exercise to incorporate into your fitness routine.
