Women of Echelon Health and Fitness Spotlight: Casey Rosario

As part of our celebration of Women’s National History Month, we’re proud to recognize the incredible women who help make Echelon Health & Fitness such a special place to train, work, and grow. These women inspire our community every day through their dedication, positivity, and commitment to helping others live healthier lives.

Today, we’re spotlighting Casey Rosario, a leader at our Audubon location who has spent more than 30 years in the health and fitness industry helping people become the best version of themselves.

A Lifetime Passion for Health and Wellness

Casey is a proud Jersey girl, born and raised, and her passion for fitness began early in life. Growing up, she stayed active through sports and activities such as swimming, softball, cheerleading, and jazz dance. These experiences helped shape her lifelong appreciation for movement and an active lifestyle.

Her early experiences also gave her a deeper understanding of how important it is to take care of your health. Being around family members who struggled with unhealthy habits reinforced her belief that living an active lifestyle is one of the best ways to maintain a high quality of life.

That realization inspired Casey to dedicate her career to the health and fitness industry, where she has now spent over three decades helping others improve their physical and mental well-being.

Part of the Echelon Community

Casey has been part of the Echelon Health & Fitness community for the past three years, where she plays an important role in supporting members and helping maintain the welcoming and motivating environment that Echelon is known for.

What she enjoys most about being part of Echelon is the strong sense of community.

“What I love most about being part of Echelon Health & Fitness is our fitness community and the amazing people I get to work with every day.”

That community-driven culture is something Echelon has always prioritized, and team members like Casey help make it come to life every day on the gym floor.

How Fitness Impacts Her Life

For Casey, fitness has never been just about workouts or exercise routines. It has become a way of life that influences every aspect of her daily routine.

Beyond the physical benefits, she believes fitness plays a major role in mental and emotional health as well.

“Fitness has been a way of life for me for most of my life. Beyond the health benefits, it’s an incredible stress reliever. It helps manage anxiety, keeps my mood balanced and positive, and allows me to show up as my best self in every aspect of life.”

This mindset is something she works to pass along to others—helping members understand that fitness isn’t just about appearance, but about feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident every day.

Inspiration and Personal Growth

When it comes to motivation, Casey looks both inward and outward for inspiration.

Her loved ones and her own desire to grow continue to push her forward each day.

“Myself and my loved ones inspire me to keep improving. I strive to be the best version of myself, not only for my own growth but also to set a positive example for the people I care about.”

This commitment to growth and self-improvement is something that resonates throughout the Echelon community, where members and staff encourage each other to keep moving forward.

Advice for Women Starting Their Fitness Journey

Starting a fitness journey can feel intimidating for many people, but Casey believes the key is simply getting started and building healthy habits over time.

Her advice is simple but powerful:

“Just do it. Make the time and take it one day at a time. Stay consistent and keep working on building those healthy habits. Self-care is important. You can’t take care of others if you’re not taking care of your own well-being.”

Consistency, patience, and self-care are the foundation of long-term success when it comes to health and wellness.

What Strength Means

For Casey, strength goes far beyond physical ability.

She believes true strength is about resilience, growth, and maintaining a positive outlook even when life becomes challenging.

“Strength is about never giving up, rising every time you fall, learning from mistakes, overcoming obstacles, improving yourself, loving who you are, being kind to others, and keeping an open mind even when those around you do not.”

This perspective reflects the spirit of the Echelon community, where members are encouraged to support one another and celebrate progress in all forms.
