1. Sign Up for the Beginner Workshop


If you are new to Echelon, or fitness in general, this is the perfect class for you. From equipment use, to fitness tips, you will come away feeling ready to take on your New Year goals.


The class has been moved to this Saturday, February 9 from 1-2 pm. Less than 20 spaces are available and participation is free. To sign up, click here.

3. Try Out a Class With RG7


We are giving Echelon members the opportunity to try out their first RG7 class for free!

RG7 is an innovative new premium class here at Echelon.


It consists of 5 unique workouts: Upper, Lower Foundation, Ripped City Squad Workouts, Ripped Mid, and Focus Routines. This program was created by our very own Richard Gross, a fitness professional with over 25 years of experience.
