Good sleep is an essential part of any healthy lifestyle. It can help you to avoid weight gain, boost your immune system, and improve your performance in the gym, among other benefits.


While recommended time frames vary based on your age. You are on the right track if you are sleeping between 6-8 hours per night.


If you are having trouble, there are many ways to boost the amount of sleep you get each night. Incorporating daily exercise, sticking to a sleep schedule, and developing a bedtime routine are just a few ways to improve your sleep habits
