Employees, officers, and directors of Echelon Health and Fitness (“Sponsor”), Mount Holly Nissan, Woodbury Nissan, Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION: To participate, visit www.echelonhf.com/summerfitchallenge (the "Website") during the Promotion Period. Enter the Sweepstakes by completely entering your true and correct information on the registration form in the required fields (required fields include: Full Name, Zip Code, and Email Address). Upon completion of registration, you will receive 10 Entries into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entries” or “Entries”). If you are not a member at Echelon Health and Fitness, you may request a 30-day pass at an Echelon Health and Fitness location to enter the Promotion.

HOW TO EARN SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES: Participants who have completed the tasks described above, will have the ability to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries during the Promotion Period. Additional Sweepstakes Entries may be earned by completing the activities (the “Activities”) outlined below. To complete some of the Activities, Participants may need to download the Echelon Health and Fitness App (the “App”). Activities will need to be completed during the Promotion Period and once an activity is completed, the participant will earn the number of Sweepstakes Entries that are listed below.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: Around October 5, 2024, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received within the Promotion Period and select One (1) Grand Prize winner. The odds of winning the Grand prize depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Grand Prize winner. will be notified at the final event at Echelon Health and Fitness at 1160 White Horse Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043 on October 5th (the “Final Event”). The potential Grand Prize winner must be present at the event to accept the prize or they will forfeit their prize. If such potential winner is not present at the Final Event, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining entries for that drawing. Any winner of a prize package valued at $600 or more will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release via email. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized, and returned to the Administrator within ten (10) days of the date of issuance. The potential winner becomes the “Winner” only after verification of eligibility by the Sponsor.

The Promotion Parties do not assume any responsibility for any disruption in the Promotion Parties, including but not limited to the failure or interruption of any internet service provider. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. PRIVACY: Except as noted in these Official Rules, information collected for this Promotion is used only for the purpose of Promotion administration and winner notification and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by the Promotion Parties or any third parties unless you have elected to receive additional information or promotional material from the Sponsor, or a third party. By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at http://pp.rtm.com/.In the event of any discrepancy between the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern.

TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. A 1099 tax form (preceded by a W9 Form) will be issued to the Grand Prize Winner.

MEPs are earned by exercising in your target heart rate zones over a period of time. The more effort you put into each of your workouts, the more MEPs you earn! Knowing how to read your personal Live Tile is the first step to seeing your effort rewarded. When looking at your Live Tile, you will see your current MEP count in the bottom right corner. Whether you look at the Group Display screen at your local gym or glance down at your smartphone as you work up a sweat at home on the treadmill, MEPs are a big part of what keeps you motivated to finish your workout strong.

MEPs are a tool that you can use to set specific goals as you progress along your fitness journey. When setting a good goal you want to write one down that is both measurable and specific. Setting an exact MEP goal for the week, or the month is the perfect way to ensure that you’re getting quality workouts on the way toward your ideal fitness level. As you earn MEPs, you’ll have the chance to rank up in status from Iron to Diamond and maybe to the Hall of Fame.
