Thrive Tip of the Week: Box Jumps

Have you ever wanted to exercise like your favorite athlete? Box jumps could be your answer.

This exercise can help you to push your limits and accomplish what you didn't think was possible.

Box Jumps are a move that include your entire body. While mainly focusing on your legs, they also require a tight core and swinging arms to propel you into the air. They work on both your balance and power, while burning calories quickly.

When trying this move, remember to:

1. Jump up as high as possible

2. Land softly on the box to protect your joints

3. Have your hands follow the rest of your body

Overall, this can be a great exercise to incorporate into your fitness routine.
