Thrive Fit Tip of the Week: Kettlebell Lift

Each week in 2019, Echelon Health & Fitness will be posting a Thrive Fit Tip of the week! We hope to provide some new ideas that you can incorporate into your personal fitness routine.

First up is Coach JD with the Kettlebell Lift.

This dynamic exercise focuses on your core and upper body. It can be completed in just a few simple steps.

1. Bring the kettlebell up to your sternum

2. Lift the kettlebell diagonally so that your arms are extended above your head

3. Bring the kettlebell back to your sternum

4. Lower your arms diagonally to the opposite side

5. Repeat!

It is important to avoid twisting and keep your core engaged in order to get the most out of this exercise.
